Dimitrios Papanikolaou is a member of the Athens bar association and a special advisor of the firm. He holds an LL.B from the University of Athens, School of Law and a LL.M and a PhD (Dr. iur) from the Humboldt University of Berlin, School of Law. He specializes in contract and tort law and he has extensive litigation experience in banking, consumer and data protection law.
His academic fields of research include legal enforcement, insolvency law, civil procedure and most notably law of evidence. He provides legal opinions in financially material business law cases and he has successfully handled judicial or extrajudicial resolution of civil and commercial disputes.
